What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program developed by Coach Greg Glassman. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. CrossFit has sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees from any physical contingency. Coach Glassman was the first person to define fitness in a meaningful and measurable way (increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains).

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Our workouts will prepare you for everyday life situations, the unknown and unknowable. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. Your workout = your pace. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.
