CrossFit Crib’s Program
CrossFit is an athletic strength and conditioning program that combines a variety of movements to help you achieve your fitness goals. CrossFit uses a fitness regimen called the Workout of the Day (also known as a WOD) to measure your success and achievements every session. WODs are performed in our gym also known as a BOX, but we prefer to call it “the CRIB”.
CrossFit Crib’s program is designed to improve strength and fitness in ways that you may have never experienced. The energetic atmosphere combined with the support of the coaches, makes for an addictive experience. The staff here is knowledgeable, as well as CrossFit certified. All our classes are welcoming and our current members help to create a family atmosphere of comfort and encouragement. We are constantly sharing meal ideas, progress and success stories with each other.
